Keymer, Vincent
Vincent Keymer has been hailed as Germany's greatest chess talent since Emanuel Lasker, with Garry Kasparov calling him "exceptional" when he was just 11 years old. He stunned the chess world at age 13 by winning the 2018 Grenke Open ahead of 49 grandmasters with the highest performance rating ever recorded by an under-14 player. In 2025, he defeated both Carlsen and Caruana en route to winning the Weissenhaus Freestyle Chess Grand Slam.
